• How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two business days from the date of your order. Order delivery time depends on the shipping option you selected at the time of your purchase. Detailed tracking is provided once your item(s) ships!


• What's your return policy?
We do not offer returns. You may exchange any item for store credit within 14 days of our purchase IF each item has our tag(s) and the product is in brand new condition.


• Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are only possible if your order has not shipped. Email our customer service team at howdy@willowmountainboutique.com for assistance in cancelling your order.


• What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us within 14 days, send us a picture, and we’ll give you a refund. You will not be asked to ship the product back to us.


• Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. 
You may exchange any item for store credit within 14 days of our purchase IF each item has our tag(s) and the product is in brand new condition. Exchanges are welcome for another size, or other item equal/lesser value. If you don't see anything at the moment to exchange for, you will be issued store credit. It never expires and can be used in-store or online. 
 
  • How do pre-orders work?

Unlike our other items, a pre-order item it is not yet in stock and available for us to ship out. By placing a pre-order you are ensuring you receive this item before it is in stock on our site. Please note if you order any pre-order item with in-stock items your entire order will not ship the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. We suggest ordering pre-order items individually to avoid shipping delays. All pre-order items ship to you after the pre-order closes.
